We are very pleased with the equipment and especially the service. They have had good response times to the few services requests and I have been asked from their techs to analysts to QBSI management if they could be of further assistance. It is a good feeling to know you can get dedicated help quickly when needed. The automated toner replenishment and high functioning supply warehouses keep things rolling smoothly. The production machines with some user replaceable parts have also helped minimize downtime. The Fiery server and its related software has improved workflow with composing, imposing, numbering, color profiles, etc. I recommend QBSI for their service and the Xerox equipment.
Travis provided superb customer service and product knowledge. He is a great asset to your company. He fixed my problem and did some preventative cleaning/maintenance so other problems wouldn’t happen either.

Not only does Chantal know her business, but she also possesses deep understanding of customers like us who have minimum knowledge of the equipment and low tolerance. She navigated us thoroughly with a good sense of humor, and didn’t make us feel bad asking so many ‘basic’ questions. Both of my supervisors were very impressed with Chantal and had spoken highly of her even this morning.
